mais sans succès… Je recois toujours les mails mais je n'arrive pas à en renvoyer

Vous n'avez pas d'enregistrement SPF.
Vous avez opté pour héberger vos serveurs DNS et votre zone DNS chez Wix.
En conséquence votre zone DNS chez OVH est désaffectée, c'est chez Wix que vous devez faire ces changements.

J'ai supprimé l'enregistrement spf sur vos conseils sur un post similaire. Dois je le remettre ? c'était spf : "v=spf1 include:mx.ovh.com ~all"

A partir du moment où vous décidez de changer vos serveurs DNS:
ancien: ns15.ovh.net. dns15.ovh.net.
nouveau: ns6.wixdns.net. ns7.wixdns.net.
vous devez en assumer les conséquences.
Vous devez introduire **chez Wix** un enregistrement TXT qui dit : "v=spf1 include:mx.ovh.com ~all"

Le coupable principal, c'est Wix qui vous dit de faire comme ci faire comme ça, mais n'en a rien à cirer de vous expliquer les conséquences de cette modification, ni de casser vos e-mails.
