My ticket hasn't been answered, it's been 5 days already

Preferably between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. in the morning, or around 3 p.m. there is less waiting.

Thanks for your help. The problem was on my end. OVH's service was working perfectly as expected, as before. I made a mistake outside of OVH, and for a long time I couldn't figure out what was going on. The support team responded in great detail and showed me in detail that everything was working flawlessly on their end.
