I talked yesterday by phone and they told me i would have the replay on same day via ticket, today friday there is no answer so i dont expect any news till monday
It is really sad that a great company as OVH cant solve my problem after 10 years being customer paying my dedicated server and other products and just for 4 miserable €
I explain the case
I have a dedicated server that the other day went down and didnt reboot, so i took my backups and reinstall operating system, but bad luck it stucks and tech service was taking too long to reboot the service (it took 2 days)
So i decided to buy a server for 1 month (that night) to put my websites online as soon as possible.
2 days lates i had my server again running so i dont need 1 server anymore.
Since my old server was not able to reboot several times and took 2 days to reinstall it i ask comercial support to change my commitment to stay to the new server
First they say me to contract that in the new server and what a surprise th server of 50€ monthly cost me if i get the commitment to stay 129€/month
They say me they cant cancel my commitment cause the new server is 4€ cheaper than old one
Since it seems that writing will not solve the problem i called yesterday and i explained that price is not the problem i dont mind pay more for this server if the price is the problem. Comercial support told me they will answer me in the same day, i told them they will not since it tooks 2 days always to hav a reply and her i am, again waiting for a reply
It is really sad that cant solve a problem for 4 miserable euro when i want to pay more for a cheaper server to change the old one.
