Domain name .tn still pending

I ordered a .tn domain name at OVHcloud and sent all the requested documents three days ago, and the validation is still pending.

Create an Incident ticket:

Manager OVH > https://www.ovh.com/manager/#/dedicated/useraccount/dashboard > My support requests > Create a request / ticket

then:

Call OVH support at +33 9 72 10 10 07.
Preferably between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. in the morning, or around 3 p.m. there is less waiting.

That's why it's useful to create a ticket and put its number here. :clown_face:

In some cases, it can help with processing requests, that's true :slight_smile: but here the request was in the hands of the Tunisian registry; only they can approve or reject the creation of the domain name.

For your information, OVHcloud has no contact with the Tunisian registry to request priority validation of a domain name :wink:
