Nouvelle adresse mail : Erreur 550

Bonjour,

J'ai créé une nouvelle adresse mail a.(nomdefamille)@ancely-architecte.fr dans mon offre MX Plan 5 (qui n'en contenait aucune jusqu'à présent) les 2 autres adresses mails dépendant de Exchange.

Aucun soucis pour envoyer un mail depuis cette adresse, en revanche lorsque je tente un test depuis n'importe qu'elle autre adresse mail je reçois le message d'erreur suivant :

Votre MX est: ex4.mail.ovh.net (un serveur Exchange)

Donc aucun mail ne peut aboutir sur une autre serveur, sauf si vous avez implémenté comme il faut la fonctionnalité "serveur non autoritatif" chez OVH.
