Caller number on IVR

Hello,

I want to create an IVR and add steps "Set a name for the caller".
Unfortunately, after many tests and various configurations, the number does not change and always remains that of the caller rather than the defined name, including on the Softcall app and on IP phones.
How does this feature actually work?
