Et j'utilise l'exchange ovh.
Je rencontre la problématique suivante :
tout les mails automatiques ainsi que les réponses que j'apporte à mes clients reviennent vers mon email en erreur depuis un bon mois, j'essaie de parler au support ovh mais j'aimerais avoir un avis de la communauté voici le mail total :

je cherche à savoir comment faire pour que cela redevienne normal et qu'il n'y ai plus d'erreur, je ne trouve aucune réponse qui correspond 
sur mes différentes adresses mails ovh je n'ai aucune erreur de diagnostic.

après avoir eu une réponse de la part d'ovh c'était les champs spf qui étaient dédoublé, je posterais une update demain avec la manipulation à faire afin de ne plus avoir ce problème, merci à vous en tout cas

Et en prime votre zone DNS & domaine est chez Gandi et non OVH.

Pour moi il est juste.
ip4:31.207.37.102 -> OK
include:mx.ovh.com -> PTR utilisé mais déprécié
a:mail03.opensi.eu -> OK (54.36.62.159)
include:_mailcust.gandi.net -> OK (ip4:217.70.178.192/26 ip6:2001:4b98:dc4:8::/64 ip4:217.70.183.192/28 ip4:217.70.182.72/32 ip4:217.70.182.74/32)
je l'ai modifié grâce au conseil d'ovh, ce qui à refait fonctionner tout mes mails, depuis plus un seul problème, si vous avez un moyen de ne plus déprécier le include:mx.ovh.com je vous en serais reconnaissant, j'essaie de trouver des réponses mais c'est assez sensible comme sujet,

Laissez-le. Vous n'avez pas d'autre solution.
OVH devrait corriger son SPF pour ne plus utiliser des méthodes déconseillées (ici PTR) et en cours d'abandon, un jour ça va péter à la figure de tous les clients OVH en une fois...
Je pense avoir eu un problème avec le spf car plus aucun email n'est envoyé depuis mon site, je fais des envoi test, des test avec le formulaire de contact mais aucun mail reçu, j'ai contacté tout les supports possible mais rien n'y fait

Votre site est sur un serveur VPS chez LWS.
Vous avez tous les logs dans votre VPS.
