Hello everyone,
I am sharing my experience with OVH, hoping to raise awareness and gather support from the community.
In 2020, OVH deleted two online platforms that I hosted with them, despite a written agreement confirming an extension of my payment deadline. These platforms, developed with an investment of €300,000, were crucial for my business and had already gained significant traction:
-
CASHWAY: A mobile banking platform aimed at financial inclusion in Africa, developed in collaboration with HEC Paris.
-
INSIDE: A marketplace connecting buyers and sellers, which reached over 2,000 users in less than four months.
OVH’s actions caused immense financial and professional damage, violating the agreement they had acknowledged in writing.
I have taken legal action against OVH, and the case is now in progress. Initially, I demanded €700,000 in damages, but given the severity of the situation and the impact on my business, the final compensation could go beyond that.
💬 Why am I posting this?
-
To warn other entrepreneurs about the risks of trusting OVH with critical projects.
-
To expose how a major provider failed to honor a written commitment.
-
To gather feedback from those who might have faced similar issues.
I will soon share shocking email exchanges where OVH's responses show their lack of accountability. If you have experienced similar problems with OVH, let’s connect and ensure such situations don’t happen to others.
Your thoughts and experiences are welcome.
👉 Have you or someone you know faced an issue like this with OVH? Let’s discuss.
