Hello, I placed an order for a .ovh domain more than 12 hours ago; the status has been stuck at "Preparing your order".

My domain has been in "Preparing your order" status for over a week now, all they reply is "relaunch the operation" but it keeps sending a input error on their side.
Also, I had a topic on this forum about my problem, other people answered with the same issue as me but it got deleted.
What's even better is that I got a mail saying my support ticket will be closed if I don't reply to the support person. It's insane, since I did reply, 10 minutes after, yesterday and a few minutes ago with print screens with the errors.
