I can no longer access my dm*****-ovh account through OVH Manager; I think I unfortunately enabled IP access filtering in blocking mode without specifying any authorized IP during an (incomplete) procedure of switching from allow all to deny all. I had to create a new account to open this ticket, as there is no way to file an incident or request assistance without being logged in (yes, I tried in vain by phone for hours...)
What can I do to change the restriction from deny to allow so that I can reconnect to my account via the OVH Manager?

In order for OVHcloud support to disable this filter, you need to prove that you are the legitimate owner of the account.
How can I create a support ticket?
Click this link to create a support request from the OVHcloud Help Center. Then, sign in with your OVHcloud credentials.
Once you have signed in, click ✉ Tickets on the Ticket creation button. Select the reason for your request and then the product and service in question. Next, specify your request to get personalized help suggestions and advice. If this does not meet your needs, click Next to complete your request and create a support ticket. OVH is top‑notch ! well… except for the weird sense of humor of the UX designers with the general access restriction to the entire infrastructure (support/troubleshooting included), even when it’s enabled without any IP specified (which can only be a user error). Well, it blocks everything, and having tasted it myself I can tell you: it’s really not funny.
