Anyone else having issues with Kimsufi - we paid for our servers a month ago, sent the documents for verification 5 minutes within them asking and its been a month now with nothing - i have made several tickets to try chase it up and they just immediately close them without any sort of ETA, explanation or anything.
Anyone facing a similar issue or know how to resolve this?
If your looking at buying a Kimsufi server id highly avoid at the moment otherwise you'll be in the same boat..
