PHP Post Max Size and time limit

Hello,

I've changed the theme on my wordpress template and now I receive the message that PHP post max size needs to be adjusted to 250 and PHP time limite needs to be adjusted to 300. How to do that?

You can't do that on shared hosting.
You must use the manual method for import your new theme (see the theme doc) .
