Depuis 2 semaines je remarque que certains mails ne me sont pas redirigées dans ma boite gmail. J'ai regardé sur le forum et j'ai trouvé quelqu'un avec le même problème à qui on a conseillé laisser les mails chez ovh (sans redirection) et les récupérer via pop.
C'est ce que j'ai fait, le problème c'est que tous les mails que j'ai récupérée et même pour les nouveaux mails que je reçois sont suivis d'un mail d'erreur :

j'ai reçu tous les mails test que je me suis envoyée, mais à chaque fois avec du retard suivis du mail d'erreur. (Je les reçois immédiatement sur ma boite mail OVH, mais de 5 à 10 minutes après sur gmail)
J'ai vu des entrées dans le forum où on parle de configurations MX… je m'y connais pas beaucoup. Est ce que vous auriez une explication pour moi?

laisser les mails chez ovh (sans redirection) et les récupérer via pop.
C'est une solution, mais les mails arrivent environ 2 fois par heure, quand Gmail décide d'aller chercher les mails chez OVH. L'attente jusqu'à une demi-heure est frustrante surtout quand il s'agit de codes à utiliser endéans les 10 minutes pour avoir accès à un site transactionnel par exemple.

Ca voudrait dire qu'il y a aussi une instruction chez Gmail d'envoyer le mail vers OVH ; ou bien ça se passe chez OVH entre 2 redirections de A vers B et une autre de B vers A ??
Sans voir les en-têtes SMTP complètes, impossible de remettre un diagnostic.

je vous avoue que j'ai fait du copié coller… ça a marché pendant un moment.
Quel serait la solution pour rediriger mes mails sans autant de retard?
Je pense avoir compris la provenance des mails d'erreur grâce a ce que vous me dites. J'ai bien activé sur gmail le transfert de POP vers OVH en pensant que ça résoudrait quelque chose.
Une autre information si ça peut vous être utile, les champs MX sont
100 mx3.mail.ovh.net
5 mx2.mail.ovh.net
1 mx1.mail.ovh.net

Merci, voici ce que j'ai trouvé sur un des mails :
là c'est tout simple,
ce mail a été rédigé chez Gmail et envoyé vers OVH à 13h14
coup de chance, ce fut rapide, quatre minutes plus tard, Gmail est venu le chercher en POP3
en expliquant même comment: `X-Gmail-Fetch-Info: hello@on.xyz 1 ssl0.ovh.net 995 hello@on.xyz`
puis le dépose dans la boîte work.on
Pas de trace de mail qui boucle indéfiniment là-dedans...
D'accord j'ai compris,
J'avais désactivé le transfert POP vers OVH après ce que vous m'avez dit… Ce test je l'ai reçu après désactivation et effectivement je n'ai pas reçu d'erreur.
