Raid for esxi (dedicated server)

Hi,

We want to have a dedicated server and esxi it.
However, we've noticed that OVH only offers "soft" raid for the dedicated servers, which we find a bit weird? no hardware raid?

How can we have redundancy on a esxi installation on a dedicated server?

Hi Alex

We are also looking to sign up for a dedicated server, however ESXi does not typically support a software RAID. Has anyone installed VMware ESXi 6.7u2 on a dedicated server? It is not clear in the documentation if this type of installation is possible or supported.
