Reactivate DNS record creation on the zone?

Good evening,
I can modify the DNS records of my domain but cannot add new ones.
Error: “User not granted for this request” when creating a TXT.
How can I reactivate the creation of DNS records on the zone?
When I try to create a ticket it tells me:**
Your support level does not allow you to create a usage advisory request for OVHcloud services.
We invite you to consult our documentation or ask your questions to the community.**

Could you help me?

Thanks in advance

Hi,

In my opinion your account doesn't have rights on the DNS zone. What's strange is that you can modify...
Can you provide the domain in question?

I received part of a response. I’m logged in with the billing ID rather than the administrator/technician profile. This concerns an association’s domain, and the person (I don’t know who) who created the passwords is no longer part of the association. I tried using the technical contact’s ID with the “forgot password” function, but it didn’t work.

Hello @lpv

Unfortunately, that's the whole problem with associations in which the site administrator does not put the site management information onto a document on a USB flash drive.

The USB flash drive must then be handed to each member of the team that manages the association.

See an example of a form to create on my site:

You can't see the OVH account email address with your billing access?
You'll need to find that person.

Hello @all

Who owns the hosting and the domain? Normally it should be the association.
I hope it's not the person who left, because it will be more complicated if they have cut ties.

Thanks, I'll take a look.
