Ça marche très bien dans tous les cas de figure…
… sauf si j'ai une URL type : http://www.mon-site.com/trucbidule
car là je ne suis pas redirigé vers : https://www.mon-site.com/trucbidule
(aucune redirection ne se fait)

• J'ai désactivé toutes les extensions : pas mieux
• J'ai enlevé des blocs du .htaccess et je me suis rendu compte que ces lignes, insérées par Wordpress (elles sont peut-être obsolètes…) entraient en conflit avec le code de redirection :

- par contre c'est WordPress qui ne va plus : j'ai une erreur serveur

ce que tu fais n'est pas suffisant, il y a des redirections stockées dans la table options (rewrite_rules)
elles sont au fur et a mesure ajoutées par les permaliens, les plugins et pas toujours retirées lors de désinstallations et à plus forte raison jamais lors des désactivations
il faut regarder dans les configs des plugins, je ne sais pas ce que tu as, mais s'il y a Redirection, je n'irais pas plus loin
il y en a d'autres de ce type ou des soi-disant plugins gérant le https à la volée
au besoin faire analyser la base

tu peux sauvegarder l'enregistrement et le vider pour tester
