I have reported a problem, nearly 4 days ago, And no Response YET! UNBELIEVABLE!

I have ordered a VPS, I have received an email with its access information. I can access the VPS over SSH, It is working, BUT it's not listed in my account that i ordered from in ovh Manager web Panel at all !!! There is only the old one that i ordered back in 2017 !
I want access to my VPS over web control panel (https://ca.ovh.com/manager)
