We are trying to reset an expired Admin password on a Advance-1 Gen 2 in Gravelines (GRA3) - France.
The OVH panel just provides a blank HID Screen, so that is not functional.
OVH won't help and just say "Unfortunately we are not allowed to access to customers' services.".
So we are left paying for a server we cannot access. And their sales team are not available to see if we can get our data transferred. In Ireland when the road goes nowhere, we call it a "Cul de sac".
Anyone able to help?
