Returns to Felicitations page

Bonjour,

I have recently purchased domain name and hosting plan with wordpress after I received my credentails when i clicked on the domain name or wordpress login page still returns to Felicitations page.

Please guide me,

Look in your domain properties, DNS zone, if it happens you see the IP address 213.186.33.5, this address is wrong.
Find the correct IP address in the Web hosting section, and bring the correction into DNS zone.
