I feel that the "external contributors" section is the default when creating a new thread, resulting in lots of new messages being posted there.
Maybe we should provide a "general"/"miscellaneous" (or whatever) section as the default.
So that people who don’t pay attention to this criterion don’t end up posting in "external contributors," which has nothing to do with support requests.

Thank you for your message, I identified this issue last week.
But in my view, creating a general category isn’t the right solution either; it would only shift the problem.
First, I will move the content currently in the "external contributors" category to the appropriate destination categories, and then I will limit access to the latter.
