So here is my story, i made a request to pay for another year of my Bare Metal server and i paid for that server for a year (08/2021 to 08/2022), but i made another payment request for the next year and it's now saying that i have to pay that or in 5 days my server will be erased
Is there any way to help me out because the service is suspended and the support is not responding
