Hello ovh community. We are startup granted by ovh startup credits and we used them to pay for quota increase. Today it turned out that ovh has suspended and disabled all our services due to unpayment so the whole web infrastructure depending on ovh is unavailable : workers, database, website, app, etc.. support over the issue is silent for 12 days (we noticed they wanted us to pay it with real money and reconfirmed with our manager that in our case credits are applicable). Phone support just offered to pay. Meanwhile the automatic system threatens to destroy all data in 5 days. The bill is rather high for young company and unexpected in every way and moreover unexpected this shutdown. Can please somebody raise the issue urgently to someone who really can enable services? It is a pity that the nice idea of sovereign eu based legal tech is now in hands of slow bureaucratic machine of ovh… evil irony showing how hard we need to fight for our rights on every edge .
I don’t think it’s possible to request a quota increase using Startup Program credits. If a program member wants to increase their quota, they have to use their own funds to pay for the increase, although that amount can later be converted into credit
When you join the Startup Program you have an OVHcloud contact in case you need assistance, so I invite you to reach out to that person who will be better placed to help you than support
