Site affiche la page OVH, pas la page Wordpress, j'ai enlevé index.html ovh, rafraichie, rien n'y fait

Bonjour,

Je voudrais installer ou plutot avoir acces à Wordpress sur mon site (deja installé en théorie). Mais la page ovh de presentation s'affiche et reste toujours la, j'ai enlevé la page index.html d'ovh, rien n'y fait.. j'ai nettoyé le cache, etc..J'ai essayé de faire appelle a Chatgpt pour m'aider un peu, rien n'y fait, cela fait plusieurs jours de stress pour une page tout simple, je n'ai pas droit au ticket.

Je ne connais personne pouvant m'aider autour de moi. Pouvez-vous m'aider svp?

Je suis client depuis plusieurs années avec ovh , mais vu le stress la (ou l'age) je crois que je vais jetter l'eponge avec OVH

I think it's not the same problem.

It looks like you have hosting on cluster129. The IP address of cluster129 is: 51.91.236.255

But in your DNS zone (under the Domains section) you have 213.186.33.5, and that's where you need to edit two lines to replace it with 51.91.236.255.

Then wait an hour for propagation.

I'm not saying this will solve everything, but at least we'll make progress.

Since when has this issue been happening?
When was the site created?

I guess @Oule_PlacideY changed his database password by clicking click click anywhere in the client space???

At least there is a WordPress site at that location, but it’s broken.

First, he's cluttering an old thread.

In this situation, if you have a newly created WordPress site and it shows the message "Error establishing a database connection", it means the access credentials in your wp-config.php file are incorrect for connecting your WordPress to its database.

I recommend you follow these steps to fix it:

  1. Go to the OVHcloud client area > Web Cloud > Hosting > select your plan.
  2. Open the Multisite tab and note the Root folder of your site (this is basically where your files are located).
  3. Connect via FTP to the storage space and look for the wp-config.php file in that folder.
  4. Download it to edit it safely.
  5. Open the file with an editor and locate the parameters that say DB_USER, DB_PASSWORD … make sure all these values are correct and match the details of your service.
