J'ai un état désactivé sur le service de mon hébergement roppa-afrique.org
J'ai créé un ticket suite à la désactivation du site roppa-afrique.org. OVH a signifié que des fichiers malveillants ont conduit à la désactivation du site web tout en donnant des consignes à suivre. J'ai suivi ces consignes sans succès. J'ai changé les mots de passe FTP et pour la base de donnée. J'ai même supprimer tous les fichiers de la racine du site toutes les tables de la base de données. Quand j'applique la commande serveur "roppa-afrique.org CHMOD 705 /" conseillé par OVH pour activer le service, au niveau de FilleZilla au bout de 20 sec le serveur se déconnecte pour inactivité et sur net2ftp je ne reçoit aucune réponse du serveur.
Je viens donc vers la communauté pour solliciter son aide.

N'auriez-vous pas intérêt à faire une restauration Hébergement + Base de données à une date antérieure à votre problème ?
A quand remonte la dernière sauvegarde de votre site sur votre PC ?

S'il y a eu récidive (c-à-d deux avertissements pour site hacké ou hébergeant des fichiers malveillants) vous ne pourrez pas le réactiver.
Il vaut mieux repartir à zéro car déverminer un site n'est jamais sûr à 100% et demande de l'expertise.
Quand vous aurez vidé tous les fichiers de votre hébergement (y compris les fichiers indésirables) contactez le support via ticket incient.

Si vous avez tapé exactement cette commande c'est sûr que ça ne va pas marcher.
Votre répertoire racine (/home) doit avoir les permissions suivantes: "drwx---r-x"
Voici avec Filezilla connecté en mode SFTP.
Voyez (1) les permissions et (2) le owner qui doit être votre login FTP.

Votre FILEZILLA n'était pas en mode SFTP.
Il faudrait voir les attributs pour le dossier en dessus de /www
Pour cela connectez-vous avec FILEZILLA en mode SFTP.

I did everything exactly as it’s written: everything was erased, including the database.
I changed all the passwords, recreated a database with a new password.
All the files are set to mode 705.
Now I need to reinstall the sites from a backup. They are Joomla sites, and the backups are .jpa files usable with Kickstart. I recreated the folders for my sites, placed the backup.jpa and the kickstart.php file in them.
When I go to the address site.nomedomaine.fr\kickstart.php, I get an HTTP 500 error—the page doesn’t work.
What should I do? What’s happening? A redirection issue?

The 500 error when running Kickstart is usually related to a server configuration issue that prevents the script from running correctly.
I recommend following this order of checks:
- Check your hosting logs
It's the first and most important step to understand the error. In the OVHcloud client area, look for the statistics and logs section of your hosting. - Enable development mode If the logs don’t give you an answer, enable PHP development mode in your hosting from the client area.
- Test the “.htaccess” file A misconfigured .htaccess file is a very common cause of 500 errors. Connect to your hosting via FTP, locate the .htaccess file in your site’s root and temporarily rename it to .htaccess.old
- Check file and folder permissions OVHcloud sets specific permissions for the server to work correctly:
- The root of your hosting should have permissions 705.
- Folders should have permissions 705.
- Files should have permissions 604.
[ You can verify and change these permissions from your FTP client ]
Combining these steps is usually enough to identify whether the problem is a configuration issue or a backup integrity issue.
If that doesn’t solve it, let me know and I’ll give you other tips

Also, feel free to access the database to check whether any users have been quietly created.
Also review all the themes and plugins you use to remove any that are unnecessary and/or not official, for example. A thorough overall data check of the hosting will also be required.

What I did:
- completely deleted all files via FTP
- deleted the database at OVH and killed the DB
- changed the FTP passwords
- created a new DB with a new password
- set chmod 705 on the root
- created an "asf" folder at the root to contain the site
- copied kickstart.php and the .jpa file for backup
Then I try to go to the address asf.duvoye.fr/kickstart.php and I get an HTTP 500 error.
The folder only contains these two files, no .htaccess file.
It looks like the thing is still in maintenance…; the time it takes for the changes to take effect.
Isn't it a bit dangerous to give that?

- the FTP password has been changed
- the database is brand new after deleting the previous one
- I haven't changed the DNS

Yes, you need to keep the www.xxx
For example, for www.asf.duvoye.fr, point in the multisite to the same folder as asf.duvoye.fr, i.e. the folder: www/asf

But what should I do with all the other redirects associated with my domain duvoye.fr?
Things like MX, CNAME, etc., I have three pages....... it seems like a lot for these simple four sites which, if I understand correctly, would only need eight A and AAAA entries for IPv4 and IPv6:
- asf.duvoye.fr and www.asf.duvoye.fr
- bateau.duvoye.fr and www.bateau.duvoye.fr
- mathsf.duvoye.fr and www.maths.duvoye.fr
- ratafia.duvoye.fr and www.ratafia.duvoye.fr
What should I do with the others?

The others don’t appear in 'multisite', but in the DNS zones of my domain....
Similarly, I just saw that the email address webmaster@duvoye.fr is in the 'Email' tab and not in 'multisite'... maybe that’s why I can’t set it up in multisite......
Removing all these redirects in the domain won’t it also remove them from multisite?
Then, since I’m shutting down the VPS, I suppose I can also delete everything that points to this VPS....
