Site down, 500 error and storage almost full (but not really)

Hello,
Sorry for this imprecise text but my site is no longer working and I don’t really know why since I haven’t changed anything. It now returns an HTTP 500 error, but earlier for several hours there was a storage problem (still present) because even though everything is green in my OVH dashboard (database storage, server space), when I try to make a change via FTP I get a 500 error indicating insufficient space, and on SSH a df ‑i and a df ‑h show absurd numbers (over 10 TB) even though I just copied everything from the FTP to my computer and it only amounts to a few gigabytes.

Do you have any idea what the problem could be? Thanks in advance

Hello, thank you for the reply, but between the time I posted the message and when it was accepted, I hired a freelancer to resolve my issue, and I can’t provide any more details about the problem, but everything is working again after his intervention… Have a nice day
