Hier mes sites affichés une erreur 500 toute la journée. Aujourd'hui l'erreur suivante apparaît :
PDOException: SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] No such file or directory in lock_may_be_available()
C'est super lourd et je n'ai rien touché sur ma config
Avez-vous le même problème que moi ? Je suis sur un VPS cloud RAM 2016

sur VPS c'est à vous d'analyser les logs et de trouver la cause racine.
Si vous voulez de l'aide via la communauté il va falloir donner beaucoup plus de détails que ça.

Bonjour,
sauf que avec une erreur 500 c'est pas les logs rkhunter qu'il faut analyser mais les logs apache et autre composant relié (comme php/mysql ou autre).
Surtout que là rkhunter balance des warning suite à une MàJ, donc il y a fort à parier que cette MàJ a impacter d'une manière ou d'une autre votre VPS et composants logiciels.

Tu as un accès via phpmyadmin ? (si tu l'as installé)
mysql est démarré ?
