SPAMS: too many false positives on the MX solution and Email Pro

Many emails, even within the same domain hosted at OVH, are mistakenly filtered and don’t even appear in SPAM. Adding sender addresses as trusted addresses in Zimbra’s preferences (classic interface) does not solve the issue. Sometimes emails end up in SPAM even though the user’s domain has been added to the trusted addresses (by specifying @domain.com). I don’t actually know what syntax can be used for these trusted addresses. Should I specify *@domain.com, or @domain.com, or just domain.com?
I am losing confidence in OVH’s mxplan Zimbra and Mailpro solutions; they are no longer usable for a business.

Hello @Pierre-YvesA,

In this type of situation, the best thing to do is to open a support request so that the relevant teams can perform checks and provide you with an appropriate response.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

This isn’t the first complaint about this.
Can we at least get confirmation from the OVH team that emails are DISCARDed in certain situations?
It seems so huge to me… I mean, for paid emails we’re entitled to receive all messages even if they end up in the spam folder.
