Hi i have my VPS server and after uninstalling mysql i can't login to SSH and FTP. I can connect to SSH in rescue mode but i dont see my files which i need to copy and format vps.

You will able connect to the rescue pro mode as this internal system this normal allowed you do network checks and hardware checks and mounting your hard-disks.
So this reason SSH will work : If you're unable to get in your SSH when it's in normal mode then either will need to connect using IPMI or KMS using OVH one if this one your account.
or will need to re-image your server and all data will be lost.
