Hello everyone,
I have the (free) start10m hosting plan offering free 10MB web space +5GB email with my domain name and have noticed
that the plan is not being offered anymore

and been replaced by (free) hostingfree100m hosting plan with 100MB web space + 5GB email.

I have a 3 questions:
1] Did anyone managed to migrate to the new "hostingfree100m" plan from the "start10m"?
2] Or it is only possible to do so, when renewing the domain name?
3] Or not possible at all for already registered domain?
Maybe someone will find this helpful. Proposed solution will likely take few days to delete the hosting and then few hours to enable the hostingfree100m.

Unfortunately, it's not possible migrate to Start100m from Start10m, you have to cancel current Start10m in order to activate Start100m.
You can delete your Start10m under the domain name "domain.name" you should go to your customer panel - click on the top right of the account name - Shortcuts - Products and Services - Find the web hosting under the name "xxxxxxxxxx.cluster0xx.hosting.ovh.net" - Click on the 3-dots button for that service - Immediately remove the hosting.
Then you must fill in the closing form, you will receive an email and you must confirm that you want to close the service.
Once everything has been validated and confirmed, get back us in this ticket in order to speed up deletion from our side.

I also wanted to note, that what "Raul E." did not mention was that the e-mail address associated with the "start10m" will be deleted with all the e-mails, so back up your DNS settings/E-Mails if you decide to migrate.
