Unable to connect to Backup Storage

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to back up my site through Backup Storage, but both Filezilla and ncftp refuse to connect to the FTP server.

The test with https://www.infobyip.com/ftptest.php gives me a connection error.

OVH Backup Storage has been activated on my dedicated server for a few days.

Is there anything special I need to do to upload files to Backup Storage?

Your FTPBackup is fully activated ?

Have you tried resetting your password ?

Can you give an example with your full command/screenshot ?

Did you initiate the FTP connection from your dedicated server ?
