Update Linux kernel

Hello,

I need to self host an application that requires a Linux Kernel version above 5.4.0-0 but the unfornuately my node run on Ubuntu 18.04 LTS/ Linux Kernel version 4.15.0.
Is there a way to update the linux kernel version ?
