How do I update my database to MySQL 8.0 ?

Hello everyone,
I have the following problem :
Wordpress informed me : "serveur sql obsolète".
How do I update my version of MySQL to 8.0 ?
Currently my MySQL version is 5.7.

I've received an email from OVH mentioning that MySQL 5.7 is at the end of life and starting from July 8, 2024 they'll discontinue 5.7 and upgrade to 8.0.
I'd like to upgrade now, instead of waiting, but I'm not sure if there's any option to opt-in the new version right now.
They also sent me an email to confirm the upcoming update. I'm going to wait, one month it's like tomorrow
