3 hours ago I decided to upgrade my VPS SSD 1 to a VPS SSD 3, but when I clicked NEXT on the upgrade page, the Accept terms and conditions step was buffering forever and didn't load the step. I decided I'll just download a copy of the data I have stored, delete my VPS and buy a VPS SSD 3 from scratch, and so I did.
I have successfully made the purchase, paid with my credits card, even confirmed it with my "Mobile Bank ID" used to verify ownership of the credit card. I have also checked my bank account and the payment does show up as accepted by my bank. I have now been waiting at this "We check your payment manually" sign for 3+ hours without a sign of it going anywhere. Considering I've verified my identity using Mobile Bank ID and that the money has gone through, what can there be left to verify? The previous times I've ordered or renewed a VPS on your service, this has taken a maximum of 30 minutes, especially since I order it this early in the day.
