Does anyone know if OVH has a technical support team?
I am opening tickets, almost each week, starting Dec 2020.
We paid for a domain transfer from godaddy to OVH, operation was never performed, pending action does not exist ( we provided everything for them transfer code everything)…
WE HAVE NO REPLY for any of the tickets, it's like they have closed their business in EUROPE…
Does anyone know how to escalate a ticket or call them (i called but i ended up discussing with OVH support in Canada, but they do not have access to the European instance).
Any help on this would be highly appreciated.

To be honest, I would not recommend to host your domains with OVH. I am a long-term customer, but their support has gone so bad sinve the new management is in place, that I have changed my mind.
I don't know why you want to leave GoDaddy.
Alternatively you can stick with GoDaddy as a registrar, and use OVH for the hosting of your website and e-mails.
