Got a dedi (within the 120 seconds so fair play to that) - however it's rubbish so I asked for a refund 3 days into it - no reply. I've had a ticket open 7 days - no reply. I will just cancel at the end of the month and delete the server - not expecting to ever get a reply even though I paid no setup free (which is a con if you ask me anyway) - this company is complete rubbish.
