Which service should I hire in order to have remote access to mySQL?

Hi, I'd like to know which service should I buy in order to be able to access a mySQL DB, hosted by OVHcloud, from an external client.

In other words I want to create and manage a mySQL DB hosted on OVHCloud which I'd be able to access (read/write) from an external client.

Hope I made myself clear enough. Many thanks in advance for a prompt answer.
