I am a new user with OVH. I opened two support tickets 8 days ago. I can see my tickets, I can see my follow ups as nobody replies. Is this normal that users are treated like that? What if I ever have an urgent matter if support is non existent?
Unfortunately this similar is with almost all larger providers. If you are're not paying for the support SLA, it may take some time to answer. Yet indeed 8 days is quite a time..
Never happened with Hetzner
LOL... After openinig a ticket with Hetzner, they asked a copy of my ID card, then answered they are unable to validate my id and completely block any communication with me. But indeed, OVH really takes their time and until not having any support SLA, we're more or less on our own.
You should check what the priority the ticket got. Unfortunately, it seems some support ticket values are wired to end in a "Low Priority" ticket, even when you opened a ticket for a malfunction which from my perspective should never get a "Low Priority".
