[WordPress / Rank Math] Instant Indexing (IndexNow): persistent HTTP 429 error even with a new API key

Hello,

I am encountering a persistent issue with the Instant Indexing (IndexNow) service of the Rank Math plugin on my WordPress site designbymathieu.com.

For several days now, all URL submissions to the IndexNow API are failing with an HTTP 429 "Too Many Requests" error, even immediately after regenerating a completely new and never‑used API key.

The fact that a fresh key returns a 429 right away suggests that the throttling is happening at the level of my IP address rather than the key, which could indicate a shared IP that is penalized because of other sites hosted on the same IP.

Does anyone know whether my outgoing IP address is currently being rate‑limited or has a bad reputation with the IndexNow service, and how I can find out which outgoing IP address is used for my hosting’s requests?
