Voici le genre de message affiché :

J'ai le même problème sur mes deux hébergements, les connexions sont bloquées sur ".api.envato.com", et donc il m'est impossible de faire les mises à jours…

Tu peux toujours donner le domaine et le cluster d'hébergement web, en plus du n° de ticket.

Je suis à jour de mes licences et j'ai mis à jour theme et plugins via FTP.
J'en suis à deux tickets en 1 mois sans solution à mon problème.
