"Change Reverse DNS" greyed out

In the OVH Control Panel's Public Cloud sub-Control Panel, I have created a Project, and a Server within the Project. The drop-down menu of the IP address for the Server has a "Change Reverse DNS" entry, but it is greyed out.

Does this mean that it is not possible to set up Reverse DNS on this Server, or is there another way to do this? Or a pre-requisite that I failed to do?

you should be able to set the reverse DNS using the IP management page.

As Joshua already mentioned on the control panel if you go to the IP management interface (click "Cloud" on the top left and then on the left click on "IP").

If you have any errors, please do not hesitate to create a ticket or your customer support line and they will be able to investigate any errors.
