Hi,
I have been using a Discovery SIP plan (plan includes calls to landlines in Belgium and 40 countries and per‑second calls to mobiles in Belgium) for several years. I have a Belgian geographic number and mainly use it to call my family abroad.
Recently, I received an email from OVH saying they were going to change the plans:
"Your calling habits are evolving, and so is your plan.
Starting Wednesday, July 1 2026, the destinations included in your telephony solution will be refocused on Europe. That is where the vast majority of our customers' calls are now concentrated.
Depending on your plan, the included landline destinations will be as follows:
Discovery Plan
For French (+33) and Belgian (+32) lines: mainland France and Belgium.
For British (+44) lines: United Kingdom.
For Swiss (+41) lines: Switzerland.
Enterprise and Enterprise+ Plans
Mainland France, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom.
With the Enterprise+ plan, calls to national mobile numbers from your line are also included.
Calls to other destinations will remain available and will be billed according to the current rates.
Thank you for your continued trust.

Now I am puzzled: does this mean I will ONLY be able to call numbers in BE/FR (the ones included in the plan)?
Adding to the confusion, OVH's website still shows the 40 countries, with a banner at the top:
"The best of Europe in your offer! Starting July 1, our plans will focus on 29 key European destinations for better performance." (with a list of 29 countries).
So, what is the real situation?
