I ordered a GAME-LE on the 4th December with OVH, I've been waiting 9 days for a reply to my last support ticket, so it's nothing new. They did reply after 6 days with "I am passing your inquiry to the server delivery team. I will soon be back with more information on your case." and nothing else since, so basically no answer at all, just a way to move the ticket from the bottom of the list so it looks like they have done something.
