Downgrade from the Performance plan to the Pro plan

Hello

Following the significant price increase of the Performance offering, I would like to switch back to the Pro offering. Since it does not include Private SQL, I know I will have to migrate the database, which is not a problem. However, when I try to change the offering in the Manager, I get an error message. I could create a new hosting (Pro) and transfer the domain name, but I don’t even see how to do it in the Manager. Any ideas?

For example, if I create a parallel Pro hosting, will I be able to easily attach my domain names, currently on the Performance offering?

The "Performance" and "Pro" tiers have many differences, so it’s important that the add‑ons offered by the Performance plan are not currently enabled in order to transition to Pro.

I’m referring to add‑ons such as CDN, Webcloud Databases, etc... To perform an instantaneous deletion you’ll need to contact support so they can expedite it.

Once both plans are "aligned" regarding the add‑ons, you should be able to downgrade to "Pro".
