.be domain blocked on parking DNS servers despite existing multisite configuration (ticket CS16752114)

Hello,

I registered the domain name enigmalab.be on 19/09/2026 and immediately added it to the multisite configuration of my shared hosting, with the SSL certificate enabled on the control‑panel side.

Since the registration, the domain has remained stuck on the parking DNS servers: parking1.ovh.net and parking2.ovh.net, whereas, according to my hosting setup, the expected servers should be dns111.ovh.net and ns111.ovh.net.

Furthermore, I am currently unable to modify the “DNS Servers” myself from my OVH client account: the interface reports an internal OVH issue that prevents me from making this change.

Result: the domain does not resolve to anything usable, no SSL certificate can be issued, and the site remains inaccessible.

I opened ticket CS16752114 about this roughly two days ago, with no change observed to date.

Is this a normal delegation delay for a freshly registered .be domain, or a block that needs to be corrected manually by OVH? Has anyone encountered this case — a zone staying in “parking” despite a multisite configuration already in place, combined with an unavailable DNS management interface?

Thanks in advance for your response.

Hello @kthomeer

Preferably between 8 am and 9 am in the morning, or around 3 pm there is less wait.

Or already now on Twitter @ovh_support_fr or #OVHcloudsupport

Hello @kthomeer,

I have assigned the ticket to myself and performed a DNS resynchronization so that the DNS servers dns111.ovh.net and ns111.ovh.net are applied.

To have this taken into account, please wait between 24 and 48 hours for the DNS propagation to complete.
