.ovh domain and renewal

Hello everyone,

I have two .ovh domain names, one of which expires in December of this year. I notice that .ovh domain names are no longer offered for sale (why?). When I try to anticipate the renewal of my .ovh domain name, I get the message below and cannot do it.

One of your domains has reached the maximum allowed renewal (for example 10 years for a .com)

Could you confirm that I will still be able to renew it before the end of the year and that this domain will not be deleted?

Create an Incident ticket:

OVH Manager > https://www.ovh.com/manager/#/dedicated/useraccount/dashboard > My support requests > Create a request / ticket

then:

Call OVH support at +33 9 72 10 10 07.
Preferably between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. in the morning, or around 3 p.m. when there is less waiting.
