Our affected private cloud is hosted on Strasburg SBG1 but the linked datastores are in SBG3.
We have the following doubts:
1. We requested 2 private clouds in Frankfurt and Roubaix 1 week ago and still we are waiting for the delivery of them. When do you plan to deliver that new private clouds?
2. As soon as we have our new private cloud, if they are hosted in other city, we will be able to connect it to our datastores hosted in SBG3?
