Depuis un mois environ quand des contacts écrivent à l'adresse email pro de mon client, ils reçoivent aléatoirement un message d'erreur.
Aussi (je ne sais pas si ça peut aider) certaines adresses sur le même domaine sont classées en spams chez certains destinataires.
Quelqu'un a déjà eu ça ?

OVH doit expliquer pourquoi leur serveur pro1 n'accepte pas de mail dont l'adresse d'expéditeur est XXX180165@icloud.com
Cette question précise nécessite une réponse précise, après vous jugerez de la pertinence de cette réponse.
Conseil: faites un ticket en mettant les vraies adresses sans remplacer par XXX.

Merci beaucoup pour le retour. J'ai ouvert un ticket chez OVH pour qu'ils m'expliquent.
Ca ne le fait pas qu'avec l'adresse icloud, là il a dû utiliser une autre adresse à lui pour tester et recevoir le mail d'erreur, mais le souci est constaté chez plusieurs de ses contacts, avec d'autres adresses.
Je n'ai pas compris votre deuxième remarque sur cette histoire de sujet vide…

L'antispam avait signalé que le sujet du mail était vide, mais ça ne justifie aucunement ce qui se passe avec vos mails (sauf si vous avez mis une règle de refuser les mails dont le sujet est vide ?)
