Export Multiple Emials, Foleder of Emails or all e-mails from a specific e-mail address

I have purchased an MX plan from OVH for my email addresses.

Is there any way to export all emails or email folders on this plan? I don't see any way in the OVH panel or in Roundcube.

When I select several emails in Roundcube, I can't download them.
