Hello,
Unless I’m mistaken, we should now be receiving OVH invoices through the selected electronic invoicing platform… Usually I get a flood of emails/invoices on the 1st or 2nd of the month; it’s the 3rd and I haven’t received anything, and when I check my platform there’s nothing there either…
I haven’t seen any communication from OVH about this (apart from reminder emails to make sure we had correctly entered our SIREN, which I did), so I was wondering if anyone has already received invoices this way, if OVH has reported any problems, or has sent the invoices…
I have received my OVH Telecom invoices and they have been forwarded to my PA.
However, I haven't yet received my monthly invoice for non‑telecom services this month, and it's not on my PA either.
I suppose there’s an issue issuing the invoices this month.
I received only one invoice today on my platform from OVH, and curiously, if I go into the OVH admin this invoice doesn’t appear at all—nothing since 28/08 even though the invoice is dated 03/09.
That’s actually a question: we retrieve invoices from the platforms, but will there be any trace of it in our OVH panel?
Just to follow up: I finally received my invoices, and I have a few comments:
- a invoice that used to be 7 pages is now actually 24 …
- hello, the corresponding size in KB …
- the labels aren’t very clear; for example, on servers (VPS, dedicated) I no longer have the name we gave them, so you have to look them up by the OVH name, which makes it much harder to attribute the cost to a project
- in the simple account SuperPDP does not allow downloading more than one PDF at a time … where OVH used to send me a direct download link … apparently this would be possible via the API, so I’ll investigate that …
In short, for now it’s neither a time‑saver nor convenient …
I can see why that’s frustrating, especially when the new system adds more steps instead of making invoice management easier. The server naming issue would bother me too, since it makes project cost tracking much harder.
