Identity Verification Pending for Too Long – Urgent Server Deployment Needed

Hello,

I recently placed an order for a new server and received an identity verification request from OVHcloud. I have already uploaded all the required documents through my customer account as requested.

However, the verification process is taking longer than expected, and I have not received any update yet. My existing hosting service is expiring very soon, and I need the new server activated urgently to avoid downtime for my business services and client websites.

Has anyone experienced similar delays with document verification? How long did it take for your account to be validated?

I would appreciate any assistance from the OVHcloud team or community members regarding the expected processing time.

Call OVH customer support at +33 9 72 10 10 07.
Preferably between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. in the morning, or around 3 p.m. when the wait is shorter.

that number is from france, right. i don't understand france language also international call charges are too high. is there any other number or other way of contacting

As indicated by the international dialing code: +33 is the country code for France.
